Women Leaders In AI Offer Advice For Closing The Gender Divide

The other day I got sent a really interesting article which described the current problem about the gender gap in in AI professions. It was kinda shocking to read that only 26% of AI professionals are female.

It is the problem we are facing daily and which this website tries to tackle.

We have a lack of female representation of role models, which needs to change. The overall question we need to ask ourselves is if we do enough to have female role models in the daily life of younger female students? Are there enough movies about real career women? Are there enough books bout female characters? Are there enough programs just for females to grow and get educated in a safe environment?
